Red BibbLettuce: Until very recently, Ashland Farm lettuce was our primary and most popular product. We offer a mixed case of 6 or more varieties, chosen to provide contrasting flavors, colors, and leaf shapes. We offer our lettuces "on the head", providing our chef customers with maximum flexibility of use, and the freshness and vitality our lettuces are known for.

Micros and LettuceMicro Greens: Researched and developed by our greenhouse manager, Sandra Copeland, our micro greens now rival our lettuces in popularity. Micro greens are basically seedlings- just old enough to have developed their first true leaves, color, and flavor. They make beautiful, architectural garnishes, each variety with its own flavor and visual appeal. We offer an extensive list of micro varietals, as well as several of our own mixes designed for flavor, color, and visual appeal.

Herbs: Although we have grown herbs for home use for many years, last year we bought the plant stock from Brown Cow, a local herb farm well known to many of our customers, before it closed. As these plants become established here in their new home, and as we add to our stock based on our customers requests, we have an increasingly diverse line of herbs available.

Potato Plants

Summer Produce: In June we start harvesting  the first of our potatoes, Rose Gold, one of our all time favorites. During July and August we harvest  several varieties of fingerlings and other specialty potatoes, summer squashes and squash blossoms, and tomatoes, both heirloom and traditional garden varieties (field tested for many years, and chosen primarily for flavor.)
